Produced with high quality Baltic Birch ply from local Canadian hardwood suppliers.

It all started when we made one for our daughter for thanksgiving 2019. We made over 10 thousand personalized name puzzles since then and we love making them. All our shapes are decided and quality controlled by our 5 year old lady boss:)

COLORED BACKBOARD Please add colored background listing to your purchase for the background otherwise will be natural wood color and won't be painted.

SIZING Approx 4 inch tall, length depends on the number of letters but generally between 15 to 19 inch.

Puzzle pieces are raised 1/8 inch (3mm) above the board which makes removal easy for everyone.

Letters are 1/4 inch thick (unlike some of the competition) to avoid choking. There are no small or sharp pieces, All letters are rounded.
